About the role

Lead the kitchen and bakery at cyclist.cafe, preparing fresh café food and bakes with consistent quality and care.

What you’ll do

• Plan and prepare daily bakes, desserts, and café food alongside the team.
• Own recipe consistency, kitchen hygiene, food safety, and ingredient storage.
• Manage preparation schedules, ingredient stock, and waste to keep service running smoothly.
• Guide the kitchen team and help develop seasonal food and bakery offerings.

Expected experience
