1. Acceptance of Terms & Governance
Welcome to cyclist.cafe ("the Application", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by Gult Design Private Limited.
By accessing our website, scanning café table QR codes, utilizing our Web Application, placing digital orders, or signing in with third-party authentication services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our digital services.
2. User Accounts & Third-Party Authentication
To streamline ordering and loyalty rewards, cyclist.cafe allows users to authenticate using 10-digit mobile phone numbers or official social login providers:
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
ALL SALES AND ORDERS PLACED AT CYCLIST.CAFE ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once an order is confirmed, submitted to the Kitchen Display System (KDS), or paid for (via POS or online self-order), no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
- Order changes cannot be accepted after the kitchen or barista team begins preparing your order.
- In the rare event of a missing or incorrect item, our store staff will immediately re-prepare or replace the specific item on-site upon verification. No cash or digital monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Self-Order & GPS Proximity Policy
To ensure quality beverage preparation and prevent accidental remote orders, self-ordering through the web application requires location access:
- Self-ordering is restricted to customers physically present within a 15-meter GPS radius of the cyclist.cafe physical premises.
- Order tickets are printed and displayed on kitchen monitors immediately upon submission.
- Customers are responsible for verifying item customizations (milk choices, espresso roast, temperature preference) prior to submitting the order.
5. Pricing, Coupon Codes & Taxes (GST)
All prices listed on cyclist.cafe are in Indian Rupees (₹) and subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST No: 20AAGCG7664R1Z1).
- Promotional discount coupons (e.g. WELCOME10, GRIHAM) must be entered prior to order placement and cannot be retroactively applied.
- Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may carry minimum order value requirements.
6. Intellectual Property & Branding
All trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, user interface designs, audio soundscapes, and source code associated with cyclist.cafe are the exclusive property of Gult Design Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gult Design Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application, network latency, or third-party OAuth provider outages.
