Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Food & Beverage Orders

Due to the perishable nature of fresh specialty coffee and morning bakes, refunds are issued if an incorrect item is delivered or if quality standards are not met upon immediate notification to our shift manager.

2. Event Ticket Cancellations

Ticket refunds for paid workshops or gaming tournaments are available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original UPI or card account within 3–5 business days.
