1. Program Overview & Scope
The Cyclist Café Loyalty Rewards Program rewards our community of riders and coffee enthusiasts with digital loyalty points earned through self-service online orders, POS cafe visits, and verified Strava cycling and running activities.
Participation is free for all registered Cyclist Café members. Points are automatically linked to your verified phone number or authenticated member profile.
2. Example Point Earning Rates
The figures below are examples only, not the current earning rates. See the Order App for the latest rewards, eligible activities, and earning rules.

3. Daily Points Cap & Anti-Fraud Protection
To prevent activity manipulation or virtual GPS spoofing:
- Daily Cap: Any applicable earning limits are shown in the Order App.
- Duplicate Protection: Duplicate Strava activity IDs or manual entries are automatically rejected.
- Account Audits: Cyclist Café reserves the right to review and adjust points in cases of suspected fraud.
4. POS & Online Order Redemption
Current redemption rates, eligible rewards, and the final discount are shown in the Order App (opens in a new tab). Review the amount displayed there before confirming your order. This page does not set a fixed point-to-rupee conversion. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
