Espresso

Cortado
A cortado is an espresso-based coffee beverage made with a 1:1 ratio of espresso to warm, steamed milk. Originating in Spain's Basque Country, the word cortado stems from the Spanish verb cortar (to cut), referring to how the small amount of steamed milk "cuts" through the strong acidity and bitterness of the espresso.
Flat White
It has a higher proportion of espresso to milk than a latte, and does not have the thick layer of foam of a cappuccino
